After passage of Georgia's Election Integrity Act, Abrams launched another misinformation campaign, complete with false statements – to pave the way for an unconstitutional federal takeover of elections, known as HR1. Big corporations like the MLB fell prey to Abrams' big lies at the expense of hardworking Georgians. Their ready-fire-aim decision to move the All-Star game—based on laws that actually expand access to voting—has hurt the very people they claim to help. Experts estimate Georgia will lose over $100 million in expected revenue. Sadly, Black-owned businesses will feel the economic fallout. 52 percent of Atlanta's population is African-American, and nearly 30 percent of Atlanta's businesses are Black-owned. These small businesses are rightfully now calling out the MLB and its selfish, hypocritical decision to move the game to Denver—a city with a significantly smaller minority population and more restrictive voting laws. Yet, this boycott is playing out here despite the fact that states like New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Delaware all provide less ballot access.

This group experimented with historical fencing techniques and they taught those techniques to London's acting elite. It is likely that one of the pupils of the fencing group was the prominent British fencer Archibald Corble too, who had competed in three Olympic Games in the period between 1912 and 1928. The journalist Mary Nugent would describe the Bartitsu Club in a 1901 article for Sandow's Magazine of Physical Culture, as "… a huge subterranean hall, all glittering, white-tiled walls, and electric lights, with 'champions' prowling around it like tigers. " The school indeed targeted champions and the Britsih elite who shared similar interests. Additionally, the merchant's bank charges a processing fee for each credit card transaction. Per transaction fees may be based on a percentage of the transaction, or they may be flat fees. Some merchant banks combine these two methods, charging a base flat fee per transaction and adding a percentage fee. This ensures that they make a minimum amount with every transaction. Merchants are also charged "batch fees" which are associated with bundling their transaction information and sending it in a batch to the bank for processing. Until transactions are batched, they do not actually go through, with the transactions being considered pending, which is why it sometimes takes a few days for credit card charges to show up on customer accounts. Different credit cards have different merchant fees, depending on the deals negotiated with banks which handle merchant accounts. This is why merchants usually do not accept all credit cards, because their bank either does not have a deal with a card issuer, or it does but the merchant fees are too high for the merchant to afford.

I first noticed it when I was pregnant so thought it was a side effect of that, but i'm now 36 and still get it occassionally - my whole leg below the knee gets swollen like that. The doctor's also said it was just water retention and to avoid salty food and drink more water.... I suppose someday we'll be wearing those fun support hose!! :-) 06-30-2005, 06:31 AM # 3 Thanks for the feedback, Nikkijot... I'm also working on propping my feet up during the day. It not only bothers me to look at these ankles, but I get comments from co-workers and from my pedicurist! They think I've sprained my ankle or something... Wish there was an easy fix, but alas, doesn't seem so. 07-31-2005, 10:00 PM # 4 Breigh1974 Newbie (female) Join Date: Jul 2005 Posts: 9 I am "only" 30 and have had this for the last 7 years.
