It has a main house built in 2000 and a secondary cottage built in 1940. It's in a fairly rural area and not many homes go up for sale nearby because there are not many homes nearby. My thinking is: If I'm an appraiser and I get paid the same for an appraisal regardless of difficulty, and I'm in high demand, I'm probably grabbing the low hanging fruit while I can get it.
